Before, Google has worked together with top fashion designers to make selective watch faces for Android Wear smartwatches. This year, Google is soliciting the inventive inhabitants from the Internet to design for its new Fall Android Wear watch face collection.
To collect the upcoming fashion weeks, Paper and Android Wear are supporting an online social media rivalry - launching a worldwide quest for interesting watch face designers.
Paper says,
In order to participate, You don't need to be a PC genius: just snap a photo, sketch on a napkin, play with fabric, paint on canvas. Then just post your design on Instagram by September 15th with the hashtags #AndroidWear and #WearWhatYouWant - Terms and Conditions apply.
Our specialists incorporate the legendary Cynthia Rowley, industry expert Jenné Lombardo, Queen Bey's visionary beautician, Ty Seeker, Android Wear designer Morten Just, and PAPER's own particular Editorial Director, Mickey Boardman will determine the top 5 designs from all the entries.
