10 Keyboard Shortcuts Will Save Your Time

Using shortcuts can enormously build your efficiency, save the time, diminish dull strain, and keep you focused. If we want copy the text we normally use the mouse or touch pad and highlighting the content then right click and tap copy to copy the content. But you can also highlight content and press the Ctrl + C as a shortcut.
In this post we highlight only few keyboard shortcuts that are used regularly in a day.
Alt + Tab or Ctrl + Tab
Windows users, Alt + Tab switches the window with a small pop-up showing the open windows and Ctrl + Tab will switch the tabs on a open window.Mac PC users can use the Command (Cmd) key instead of the Alt key. For example, Cmd + Tab to switch between open window.
Ctrl + A or Ctrl + C and Ctrl + X
Windows users, Ctrl + A will highlight the whole content and Ctrl + C will copy the highlighted content. If you need to cut rather than copy press Ctrl + X.Mac PC users can substitute the Ctrl key with Cmd key on their PCs. For example, Cmd + C will copy the highlighted content and soon.
Ctrl + Delete and Ctrl + Left or Right key
Ctrl + Delete will erase a full word at once rather than deleting a single character. Ctrl + Left or Right will move to the starting or ending point of the word, works only for windows users.Ctrl + F
Windows users, Ctrl + F will Find or Search something on the document or file or browser.Mac PC users use Cmd + F to Find.
Ctrl + Home or Ctrl + End
Windows users, Ctrl + Home will move the cursor to the starting point of the document, and Ctrl + End will jump the customer to the end of a document. These shortcuts work with most reports, and also site pages.Mac PC users use the Cmd + Up key to move to the starting point of a content or Cmd + Down key to move to the ending point of a content.
Ctrl + P
Windows users, Ctrl + P will open a print preview of the present page.Macintosh PC users use Cmd + P to open the print preview.
Ctrl + S
Windows users, Ctrl + S will save the file.Mac PC users can use Cmd + S to save a record.
Ctrl + V or Shift + Insert
Windows users, Both the Ctrl + V and Shift + V will paste the content or object that is copied to the clipboard.Macintosh PC users can use Cmd + V to paste the same.
Ctrl + Z and Ctrl + Y
Windows users, Ctrl + Z will Undo the change done and Using Ctrl + Y would Redo the change.Mac PCs users use Cmd + Z and Cmd + Y to Undo and Redo.
Page Up and Page Down
Use the Page Up or Page Down key to move to the next tab or previous on the browser.There are more keyboard shortcuts available but these are the most regularly used shortcuts among the all.
