Micromax Launches Canvas 5 Lite Smartphone

Micromax, India's largest smartphone manufacturing brand has launched Canvas 5 Lite at Rs 6,499. The Canvas 5 Lite is successor smartphone to the last year's Canvas 5 and is now available to buy exclusively from Snapdeal online store.
The Canvas 5 Lite features a 5-inch IPS HD display, 1.3GHz MediaTek Quad-Core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It has an 8MP rear camera with flash and auto-focus, also has a 5MP front facing camera for selfies. The device comes with a 2000mAh battery, which promises to deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 150 hours of standby time.
The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is available in slate grey and brown shading. It comes with a leather cover finish on the back focusing a metal ring around the rear camera. The phone supports 4G LTE and the other connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack and microUSB port.
