Xiaomi Mi 5c new leaked images are surfing online which clearly shows the front and the back design of the phone. The device is priced at CNY 999 (around Rs 9,890), according to a poster shared on Weibo.
Considering that the phone carries a ‘c’ in its name that means that it will be Mi 5c, a new version of Mi 5. And the details found on mydrivers.com, hints that the phone has a fingerprint scanner on the front with a 2.5D glass on top of the display. The device features a metal frame with rounded edges with the camera module placed on the top left with the Mi logo on the bottom at back.
It is rumored that Xiaomi Mi 5c will be powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, 3GB RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. As per some reports. Xiaomi Mi 5c will have its own Pinecone SoC that will come with a 5.5-inch display (expected to be an FHD display).
Coming to the camera, it is found that the device sports a 12MP rear camera with an 8MP front shooter and is expected to launch with Android 6.0 Marshmallow running MIUI 8 on the top.
It is expected that Xiaomi could release the smartphone at an event in December. However, the Mi 5s was launched in China in September at CYAN 1,999 (around Rs 19,800), but didn't find its way to India. The company also launched the Mi 5s Plus at a price of CYAN 2,299 (around Rs 22,000) in China.
Its a question mark (?) that whether Xiaomi will launch Mi 5c in other countries. We just need to wait for the announcement from the company about the launch.
