Paytm Launches Toll Free Number For Offline Transactions

Paytm has announced a new feature on its wallet app, that will allow anyone to do transactions without internet, on Wednesday. However, you still need to have required balance for transaction in your the wallet.

To do this, you need to call the toll free phone number - 1800 1800 1234 from your registered mobile number in order to set your PIN. You'll hear a voice message from this number when you dial that says you'll get a call back to set the PIN.

After that, you can make payments to merchants or friends, just by calling to this number and typing the phone number of the recipient. Then you need to enter the amount and confirm the transaction by typing your secret PIN.

Paytm's toll free number would be helpful for you from the demonetization. The feature might be helpful but not always as sometimes the number may be busy or you may get sign up issues.

This is just for sometime because on the new launch there will be rush for signups. But anyways we think this is an amazing initiative by Paytm.
