Ringing Bells Hasn't Shut Down, Opens Another Company

Freedom 251 smartphone maker - Ringing Bells is rumored to be closing down. However, the company denys the reports that are surfing online.

TeleAnalysis has reported,
The maker of the Freedom 251 smartphone has formed another company named MDM Electronics Private Limited, which is located in Delhi.
However, the company has now refuted all claims of shutting down, and has clarified. And a  spokesperson from Ringing Bells said that "MDM Electronics is a separate entity from Ringing Bells with its own objectives".

He also added, Ringing Bells have a clear business objectives which we have shared earlier with everyone and we are sticking to it.

The company claims that till they have delivered around 70,000 units of the Freedom 251 in Bihar, Jharkhand, J&K, Haryana, Himachal, New Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

But currently, when we try to open the Ringing Bells website, it is not working.
