Moto Z2 Play Spotted On GFXBench

Lenovo owned Moto has been rumoured to launch Moto Z2 Play smartphone this year, the successor to the Moto Z Play. Earlier Moto Z2 Play has been reported to receive TENAA certification revealing the design and specifications.

Now Moto Z2 Play has been spotted on the GFXBench site with the results matching the specifications which were revealed earlier in the TENAA listing.

Lenovo in a tweet confirmed that,
Moto Z2 Play to pack a 3000mAh non-removable battery, which is less than the predecessor Moto Z Play that has 3510mAh battery.
It is expected that Moto Z2 Play will sport a 5.5-inch FHD (1080x1920 pixels) display, Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS, 4GB RAM, 64GB of inbuilt storage (with availability of expandable storage), 2.2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 SoC and Adreno 506 with OpenGL ES 3.2 hardware acceleration functionality.

Coming to Moto Z2 Play camera. it will have a 12-megapixel rear camera with 4K resolution video recording and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.

As of now there is no official confirmation on the release date of Moto Z2 Play from the company, but it is rumoured that this smartphone could be launched on June 8, 2017.
