How To Read Deleted WhatsApp Messages

WhatsApp's recently launched feature 'delete for everyone' has been cracked and lets users to read the sender deleted text messages. This topic is viral now in social media.

This new feature seemed to great for few days but now ‘delete for everyone’ has become 'undo delete for everyone' :). As its related to technology, and the technology has put breaks for it.

As per the Spanish blog, whenever a user sends a message on WhatsApp and deletes the message using new feature 'deleted message for everyone', the recipient will not be able to see the messages. But because of this new crack you can see what a user has sent you in a personal chat or in group chat.

When a message can be retrieved?

The message sent by a user generates a notification in the recipient's handset then the message can be retrieved from the notification log of Android phone.

When a message cannot be retrieved?

If the recipient was already in the chat with the user or was active on WhatsApp, in that case the user will no get any notification, hence the message cannot be recovered.

How to retrieve the deleted messages?

Method 1 :

Go to Google PlayStore
Download Notification History application and Install
Open the application
Tap on the WhatsApp icon in it and
Then you can access all the Whatsapp text messages

Method 2 :

Long press the home screen of Android phone.
Select the Widgets option
Scroll till Settings widget in the list
Drag the Settings widget on to the home screen
You can see multiple options and
Select notification history option
Once the log is open, all the WhatsApp text messages can be seen

Note:

Only (100 characters) text messages can be retrieved but no images, audio or video messages can be retrieved.

If the user clears the cache on the phone or app then the messages cannot be retrieved, even from the notification log.

The notification log can only save the messages for a few hours not permanently.
