Lenovo Phab 2 Pro - The World's First Tango-Enabled Smartphone

Lenovo launches the world's first Tango-enabled smartphone, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro. The smartphone is now available in champagne gold and gunmetal grey variants to buy via the company's website, priced at $499 (around Rs. 33,300).
Availability in other markets is not known yet announced. As per the earlier reports, the Phab 2 Pro will be available in Asia-Pacific markets, where Lenovo has launched its smartphones before - Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar. Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. But it is not listed on the India website yet.
Phab 2 Pro, the first product from Google's Project Tango team that was working on machine vision in mobile devices. The smartphone features a camera and sensor to enable depth perception, motion tracking, and area learning. All this is meant for augmented reality (AR) applications like indoor navigation, search, and gaming.
Phab 2 Pro users can download the Tango app to see all available experiences. Apps and games include a measurement app called "Measure", furniture apps called "Homestyler Interior Design", world builders app called "Towers for Tango", and games called "Domino World", "Crayola Color Blaster", and "Slingshot Island".
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro features a 6.4-inch QHD assertive display, 16 MP rear camera, 8 MP front camera, an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64 GB ROM. The device packs a 4050mAh battery and sports a Dolby Atmos 5.1 audio technology for its speakers to record 3D sound.
